ADE Power Ltd is a leading provider of high‑quality power solutions, specialising in the design, manufacture, installation and servicing of bespoke generator and switchgear acoustic housings. We are looking for a Snagger to join our team and ensure every product leaves our facility finished to the highest standard. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys practical tasks, and wants to build a career within an engineering and manufacturing environment. As a Snagger, you will be responsible for completing all final finishing works prior to client inspection and despatch. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our products meet the exceptional quality standards our customers expect.

• Remove debris and waste following works completed by tradespeople.
• Carry out snagging tasks including painting, sealing, mastic work and general finishing.
• Complete general handyman duties to ensure a high‑quality final product.
• Report any defects requiring a skilled tradesperson to your Team Leader.
• Ensure all areas are clean and tidy following completion of snagging activities.

• Ability to work well within a team and use your own initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable working at height and/or in confined spaces.
• Physically fit with good manual dexterity.

The working hours for this position are 40 hours per week, from 7am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday and from 7am to 1pm on Friday. The business is closed for Bank Holidays, we also enjoy a shutdown every Christmas until after the New Year.
